Our Small Group Personal Training consists of a 45 minute training session with a maximum of 6 people per class. Our program focuses on improving balance, mobility, strength, and coordination to help you achieve your goals!

1:1 Personal Training
Our 1:1 personal training program consists of 45 minute sessions customized to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our Functional Aging Specialist will work with you to fine-tune your movement patterns and create a personalized program that fits your unique needs and preferences.
